Gilgit Gem Stone supplies natural gemstones, beads, jewelry-making materials, and accessories throughout Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update prices, products, policies, and these terms without prior notice.
2. Product Information
Natural gemstones are unique.
Each stone may vary in:

- Pattern
- Shape
- Transparency
- Natural inclusions
These variations are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Product images are for reference only. Actual products may differ slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices may change without notice.
Gilgit Gem Stone reserves the right to cancel any order affected by pricing errors.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Limit quantities
- Refuse service where fraud is suspected
- Verify customer information before dispatch
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from:
Peshawar, Pakistan
Estimated delivery:
3–5 working days
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, holidays, or operational issues are outside our control.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please inspect your parcel immediately after delivery.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Item damaged during courier transit
- Wrong item delivered by our warehouse
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Proof required:
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of parcel
- Photos of damaged item
Without proof, return requests may be declined.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Color variation in natural stones
- Incorrect selection by customer
- Used products
- Altered products
- Custom orders
- Clearance items
9. Refund Method
After inspection and approval, customers may receive:
- Replacement
- Store Credit
- Refund (where applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. Intellectual Property
All content including:
- Images
- Logo
- Product descriptions
- Website design
belongs to Gilgit Gem Stone and may not be copied without permission.
12. Governing Law
